In-store flow
Step 1 — Consultation & quote
Staff confirm BTC amount and quote against the day's spot rate, all-in.
Step 2 — KYC
Show ID, fill out a brief source-of-funds form (savings / business revenue, etc.).
Step 3 — Settlement
- Cash: counted in front of you.
- FPS / bank transfer: confirmed before the next step.
Step 4 — On-chain delivery
- You provide the receiving BTC address.
- Staff and you double-check the first 4 + last 4 characters.
- After broadcast, receipt with TXID is printed.
Step 5 — Confirmation
- Verify on mempool.space.
- One confirmation (~10 minutes) is usually enough to see balance in your wallet.

- Never share private keys or seed phrases with staff.
- Never use a "receive QR" given by a stranger.
