The Funshell App is now live on the App Store. It brings together the information Hong Kong crypto OTC users usually need before visiting a store: branch locations, opening hours, reference rates, appointment booking, KYC / AML reminders, cold wallet and TRX energy service notes, plus safety and beginner guides.

Search “Funshell” on the App Store, or download it directly from the Funshell App Store page. The app is free to download. Final transaction prices and service arrangements are subject to in-store confirmation.
Why did we build an app?
Before a first OTC store visit, customers often ask the same questions:
- Which branch is closest to me?
- Where can I check BTC / ETH reference rates?
- Should I book before visiting?
- What documents may be needed for KYC?
- If I am buying crypto for the first time, how do I confirm the wallet address and network?
These answers used to sit across website pages, customer service messages and in-store explanations. The app does not replace final store confirmation; it helps you prepare before the visit so the in-store process is clearer and faster.
What can the app do now?
1. Check Hong Kong OTC store information
The app organizes Funshell store information, including locations, opening hours, service scope and pre-visit reminders. You can first confirm which branch suits you, then decide whether to book.
You can also check the web version here: store routes.
2. View reference rates and service entry points
Crypto prices move quickly. Before an in-store trade, it is important to understand the difference between a reference rate and the final confirmed quote. The app provides a reference-rate entry point so you can form a basic expectation before asking for a quote or visiting a branch.
Web version: live spot rate.
3. Book a store visit and contact the team
For larger amounts, first-time purchases, selling crypto for cash, cold wallet support or TRX energy service questions, we recommend submitting a booking through the app or website so the store can confirm time and service arrangements in advance.
Web version: book an appointment.
4. Learn beginner safety basics
The app will continue to collect crypto safety, scam-prevention and beginner education articles to help users understand common risks before trading, such as:
- Do not use wallet addresses provided by strangers without verification.
- Be careful with “guaranteed return”, managed trading or private allocation claims.
- Confirm transaction direction, network, wallet address and identity information before visiting.
- Larger or higher-risk transactions may require KYC / AML document checks.
